Reviews and Ratings
The hotel experience was a bit disappointing. The rooms had some issues with bugs, things being broken, and a very noisy location, more like staying at a hungover Holiday Inn Express rather than our own apartment. However, the service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The location is the best in town, steps from downtown attractions and a beautiful harbor view, but the noise level was high. The dining was delicious with every choice we made, although it was expensive. The facilities offered were great, including room service and valet parking.
I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable rooms, and the restaurant turned out to be unexpectedly delicious. The hotel felt like a great value for the money we spent.
The hotel had a cute and tropical décor that made me feel relaxed, and it was conveniently located near the waterfront. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, although the room we were first given was not ideal. The dining options were great, offering a nice view of the water and passing boats. Overall, it was a good place to stay in Key West.
The hotel offers a good size, very clean rooms. Even though we encountered a broken air conditioner upon arrival, the anniversary celebration items were a nice touch. Just be mindful of the restaurant exhaust fan noise. Service was generally good, although there was a mishap with the staff member who never delivered our bags, claiming to have 'disappeared' temporarily. The location is great for walking down Duval, but I did feel a bit lost upon arrival. Dining was a highlight worth a trip to Key West for, although a few more options on the dinner menu would be appreciated.
After a long drive, I checked into a 2 bedrooms ocean front suite around 4:20 pm with a great view. The stay felt more like a hungover Holiday Inn Express, with positives and negatives worth noting.
The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the fun things in Key West, but cleanliness was an issue. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the stay was worth it overall, despite some drawbacks. The dining experience offered a lovely morning view of the water and passing boats, which was delightful.
